Bio

Brian Jiguere is Senior Compliance Officer at Landon & Rian Enterprises, Inc., with responsibility for developing, implementing and monitoring Minority and Women Business Enterprises (M/WBE) business participation and workforce programs on large scale construction projects. Mr. Jiguere has over 13 years of experience in the construction and engineering field in New York State. Recently, Brian has been responsible for maintaining compliance monitoring of multiple construction projects throughout New York State, including the $1.2B Rochester City School program.

Prior to joining Landon & Rian Enterprises, Inc., Brian worked in strategic business development and marketing at SCI Engineering, developing offices in Albany and New York City, NY. Prior to that, Brian served seven years as Marketing Manager for the Turner Construction Company, where he directed the M/WBE initiatives of the NY North Business Unit with offices in Albany, Syracuse and Buffalo, NY.

He has significant experience planning and creating integrated M/WBE business participation and workforce programs, including outreach and market research. Brian’s greatest strengths are his creativity, drive and leadership. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach and has used his expansive network to connect with clientele throughout the Northeast.

Brian has collaborated with various nonprofit and for-profit organizations to develop business plans and marketing strategies. A natural connector, Brian is a member of Society of Marketing Professionals (SMPS), American Contract Compliance Association (ACCA) and former board member of the Gateway Hospice.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree from State University of New York at Fredonia and lives in Saratoga Springs, New York with his wife and their two children.
