Bio

Lloyd Dickerson is our Senior Project Manager at Landon & Rian Enterprises, Inc. and has been with us for 17 years. During his time at the company, his responsibilities have evolved, beginning with data entry, then on to compliance officer, senior compliance officer, and finally senior project manager. His experience has given him a deep passion for assisting small firms in reaching their potential and building capacity. Mr. Dickerson has performed M/WBE outreach/compliance/monitoring on numerous large-scale public construction projects.

Mr. Dickerson’s responsibilities include working directly with the owner, prime contractors, and subcontractors to execute the workforce and participation goals on each project. Recently he received a masters certificate for his Morgan State University accredited (ACCA) American Contract Compliance Association course.

Mr. Dickerson has a BA in English with a minor in Education from SUNY Albany. His professional background includes real estate, online sales, and corporate leasing. Mr. Dickerson most enjoys the collaborative, family environment at Landon & Rian. When he is not working, Mr. Dickerson enjoys fishing, traveling, and home renovations.
