Michael McMillen is a highly skilled and dynamic construction professional with a solid educational background and a progressive career in the industry. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Landon & Rian Enterprises, Inc. since May 2022, Michael has been instrumental in driving projects to success in Syracuse, New York.

Prior to his current role, he honed his skills as a Construction Project Manager at RFP Advisors for 10 months, where his leadership and project management abilities were pivotal. From February 2019 to October 2021, Michael enriched his experience as an Assistant Engineer at Turner Construction Company, further solidifying his technical expertise in the field.

Michael’s journey in construction management began at VIP Structures, where he served as an Assistant Superintendent for four months, quickly adapting to the demanding environment of the construction sector. His foundational industry experience was as a Field Engineer at Morette Company in Pensacola, Florida, from May 2017 to August 2018, where he first applied his academic knowledge in a practical setting.
